Whatever you are going through, you are not alone.
Millions of people, of all ages, rich or poor, healthy or sick, suffer from depression or sadness.
It is a horrible feeling, I know, but there is hope.
Follow these 8 steps to regain the joy of living a beautiful life:
1) Improve your diet immediately. Follow an anti-inflammatory diet.
2) Incorporate daily exercise into your routine. Start with 30 minutes each day.
3) Write a list of things that you know you need to do to achieve self-joy and happiness.
4) Start building a support group to help you achieve each of those things. Connect and form relationships with people who are pursuing the same goals as you.
5) Lots of people will be giving you advice. Be wise to accept good advice and reject bad advice (this comes with experience). Rule of thumb: Only accept the advice from someone who has achieved the outcome you desire to replicate.
6) Write a small paragraph each day about your progress and review it the following morning. Answer these questions: What went well today, what didn't go well today, and what would I have done differently?
7) Find role models that inspire you. Learn about their life story and how they overcame their own challenges.
8) Always believe in yourself, even when things get tough.
With time, your actions will turn into progress, and you will regain the joy of living a beautiful life.
